Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi, where you will be trained on all aspects of successfully managing a store. Your responsibilities will include supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring excellent customer service, managing schedules, and developing operational plans while mentoring and developing the team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day store operations to deliver top-tier customer service.
- Communicate company values and strategy to foster teamwork among employees.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure store maintenance and product quality.
- Participate in hiring and managing store personnel, including scheduling and training.
- Monitor store budget and payroll, conduct cash audits, and maintain inventory.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and lead a team effectively.
- Interpret and apply company policies, set performance goals, and guide employee performance.
- Prior retail experience, with management experience preferred.
