Job Description

Join ALDI as a Part-Time Stocker or Cashier and contribute to enhancing the customer shopping experience. As a valued member of our team, you will operate registers, stock shelves, maintain store appearance, and provide exceptional customer service in a collaborative environment.

Position Details

• Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Ensure security and confidentiality of documents and data.
• Cashier duties: Process customer purchases, provide excellent service, manage inventory.
• Stocker duties: Stock shelves, create appealing displays, operate machinery safely.
• Meet physical demands such as lifting and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a bonus.
