We are looking for a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Cashier or Stocker, you will play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. Position Details
- Job Type: Part-Time
- Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with leaders.
- Operate cash registers and machinery, stock shelves, and maintain store appearance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive shopping experience.
- Follow inventory guidelines and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to company cash policies and procedures.
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and create attractive displays.
- Organize inventory, operate machinery, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Perform general cleaning duties to uphold company standards.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Can work independently as well as part of a team.
- Efficient time management and ability to interpret company policies.
- Knowledge of retail products and services is a plus.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail work experience is advantageous.
- Combination of education and experience is considered.
