Job Description
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Part-Time Stockers/Cashiers at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing exceptional customer service. Position Type
Part-Time | Hours: Fewer than 30 per week | Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
Common Responsibilities
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Maintain document security and confidentiality
• Perform additional tasks as assigned
Cashier Responsibilities
• Process customer purchases and stock displays
• Provide excellent customer service and feedback
• Assist with store inventory counts and cash procedures
Stocker Responsibilities
• Stock shelves and rotate products for freshness
• Follow merchandising guidelines for displays
• Operate machinery safely and adhere to safety protocols
Qualifications
• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous service
• Good verbal communication and teamwork skills
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience beneficial
