Job Description
As a Store Operations Assistant at Aldi, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's smooth operation and enhancing the overall customer shopping experience. Responsibilities

- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to company cash policies.
- Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality.
- Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and operating equipment.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Maintain store cleanliness and follow company guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
- Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
