Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's operations, including merchandising, customer service, and general upkeep. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Conduct inventory counts and report any issues to management.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in retail is preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
