Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-maintained, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to improve operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy of stock.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses and maintain security.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Capable of handling equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
