Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and maintain professionalism at all times.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and ensure merchandise displays are neat.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and potential issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accuracy.
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize discrepancies.
• Adhere to company policies and uphold security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18.
• Strong customer service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
