Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and upholding high standards of customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and M.A.P. mindset.
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
