Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI. As part of our team, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, stocking and merchandising products, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and ensure neatness
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer issues
• Participate in taking inventory counts and maintaining accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
• Physical demands include stocking merchandise, lifting up to 45 pounds, and walking around the store

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
