Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining product displays, cashiering, and ensuring a clean store environment to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational improvements
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Follow company policies and ensure security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Effective customer service and cash handling skills
• Ability to operate equipment and follow cleaning standards
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Adherence to guidelines and procedures
• Prior retail experience is a plus
