Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This is a full-time position with 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
