Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Help monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses
• Follow company policies while ensuring the confidentiality of data

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience
