Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising products, assisting customers, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties and maintain organized displays.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
- Conduct store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.
- Follow company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards.
- Complete other assigned duties as necessary.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Efficient cash register operation and customer service skills.
- Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in a retail environment is a plus.
