Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team and uphold outstanding customer service standards.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
