1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

Aldi is seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise within the warehouse, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, ability to follow instructions, and work independently or in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

Frequent lifting of up to 45 pounds, movement of merchandise, bending, reaching, gripping, and operation of industrial equipment. Ability to work in varying temperatures.
