1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

Aldi is seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team. The successful candidate will efficiently select and receive incoming stock, relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse, load and unload shipments, and maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Additionally, this role requires participating in inventory counts, effectively communicating with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership, and providing input for process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements
• Participate in taking warehouse inventory counts
• Cooperate and interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership
• Provide input to the warehouse management regarding changes to improve processes
• Inspect product and consult with warehouse management regarding product quality, safety concerns, and sanitation issues
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policy and procedures
• Follow the ergonomic program and operate equipment according to safety guidelines
