1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position (30-35 hours/week) offers a starting wage of $23.00 per hour. The role involves efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock to fulfill orders, relocating merchandise according to handling guidelines, sorting and loading merchandise for shipment, and performing general cleaning and inventory duties. We are seeking individuals who are conscientious, collaborative, positive, resilient, and driven for success to maintain ALDI Acts competencies

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse following product handling guidelines
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically in preparation for shipment and unload incoming shipments
• Perform general cleaning duties, take inventory counts, and interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Frequently lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
