1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

Join Aldi as a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member in our dynamic warehouse environment. As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for selecting, receiving, relocating, sorting, loading, and unloading merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety, and participating in inventory counts while interacting effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders from stores.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in-taking warehouse inventory counts and provide input to improve processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety concerns, and sanitation issues.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently following company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
