Job Description

Aldi is looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join their dynamic team. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for selecting, receiving, relocating, sorting, and loading merchandise efficiently. You will play a crucial role in maintaining warehouse appearance standards, inventory counts, and ensuring product quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, product integrity, safety, and collaborates effectively with the team.
• Adapts positively to challenges and changes.
• Drives for success, organizes efficiently, and follows instructions.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift and place product up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, and operate equipment safely.
