Job Description
Aldi is seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team. We offer competitive wages and benefits to eligible employees. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with peers and warehouse leadership. This role requires the ability to work independently and within a team environment, interpret company policies, and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
Job Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older. Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success. Ability to interpret and apply company policies, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and work both independently and within a team environment.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse. Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
