Job Description

Our warehouse operations ensure that products are properly received, selected, and delivered to our stores to meet the needs of our customers. Our teams work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas and undergo extensive training for success.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments from trucks
• Perform general cleaning duties, participate in warehouse inventory counts, and communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership
• Provide input to improve processes and help achieve budgeted goals
• Inspect products and report any product quality, safety, or sanitation issues
• Act and decide independently within the delegated area of responsibility
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policy and procedures
• Follow ergonomic program and operate equipment according to safety guidelines

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to demonstrate concern for quality, product integrity, and safety
• Commitment to a collaborative working environment and positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
