Job Description
Position: 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member
Company: Aldi
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $23.00 per hour
Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders
- Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse according to product handling guidelines
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming shipments
- Perform general cleaning duties, participate in taking warehouse inventory counts, and provide input for process improvements
- Inspect product and consult with warehouse management regarding quality, safety, and sanitation issues
Job Qualifications

Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and place product weighing up to 45 pounds, continuously work in varying temperatures, and safely operate powered industrial equipment
