1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's warehouse team. As a key member of the warehouse staff, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, rearranging merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, taking inventory counts, and interacting effectively with peers and warehouse leadership. In addition, you will be expected to provide input to improve warehouse processes, inspect product quality and safety, and achieve budgeted goals. This role requires the ability to work independently, maintain compliance with company standards, and demonstrate concern for product integrity and safety. Basic arithmetic skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively are essential for this position.
