Job Description

Join the team at Aldi as a 3rd Shift Warehouse Stocker. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving stock, organizing merchandise, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and more. Collaborate with warehouse leadership, communicate effectively, and provide input for process improvements. Adhere to safety guidelines, contribute to achieving budgeted goals, and ensure product quality and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties and participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to perform within ALDI Acts competencies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
