3rd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

Aldi is seeking a reliable 3rd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join their team. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently receiving, relocating, sorting, loading, and unloading merchandise within the warehouse. You will contribute to maintaining warehouse standards, inventory counts, and ensuring effective communication with peers and management.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for store orders fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaboration within a team environment.
• Adapt positively to challenges and drive for success.
• Organize and execute efficiently in compliance with warehouse standards.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, and operate industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
