Title: 3rd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Type: Full-Time

Starting Wage: $23.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment/unloading.
• Clean warehouse, participate in inventory counts, and communicate effectively.
• Provide input to improve processes, inspect products, and ensure safety.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious acts, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Organize and execute tasks efficiently, interpret policies, communicate effectively, follow instructions, and work in a team environment.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift objects up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, and operate equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
