Job Description

Join the Aldi team as a 3rd Shift Warehouse Team Member responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing warehouse merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and inventory counts. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety guidelines, and effective communication and collaboration with warehouse peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock effectively.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
