At Boeing, we innovate and collaborate to make the world a better place. Join us as an Advanced Kill Chain Software Engineer (Associate/Experienced) at our Berkeley, MO or St. Louis, MO locations. This role will be part of the Advanced Kill Chain software team supporting Boeing's Defense, Space & Security business unit, and will involve real-time embedded software development, analysis, debugging, and Agile collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing, documenting, and maintaining software architectures, requirements, algorithms, and designs.
  • Develop and integrate software components to create fully functional systems.
  • Support test procedures and document results to ensure software system requirements are met.
  • Contribute to software project management and supplier management functions.
  • Perform software research, trade studies, and troubleshoot basic software issues.

This position requires onsite work and eligibility for a Secret US Security Clearance.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor, Master or Doctorate in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related technical degree.
  • 1+ years' experience with C, C++, Ada, and/or Python.
  • Experience with Version Control Software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in mission systems software development on aircraft platforms.
  • Collaborative team development experience using agile principles and structured processes.
  • Proficient with team collaboration tools like Git, VersionOne, Jenkins, and Collaborator.
  • Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance preferred.

Education/Experience: Associate (2 years) or Experienced (5 years). Occasional travel may be required. Relocation available based on eligibility.
