Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Agronomy Applicator to join our team at Superior Ag Resources Cooperative Inc. As an Agronomy Applicator, you will be responsible for applying crop nutrients and protection products while maintaining equipment and facilities to ensure top-quality service.
Responsibilities
- Precisely blend and apply fertilizers and chemicals following recommendations and guidelines.
- Maintain equipment and facilities to uphold operational efficiency and safety standards.
- Complete applicator logs, reports, and inventory management.
- Operate vehicles and equipment in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Promote business relationships with customers and ensure timely product deliveries.
- Train seasonal employees on operational procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 with a valid Driver's License.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Mechanical aptitude and experience are advantageous.
