Agronomy Applicator/Truck Driver

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Agronomy Applicator & Truck Driver to join our team at Superior Ag Resources Cooperative Inc. This full-time role involves the precise application of crop nutrients and protection products, as well as the maintenance of our custom application vehicles, equipment, and facilities. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, enjoy hands-on work in an outdoor setting, and have a passion for operating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Precisely blend and custom apply fertilizers and agricultural chemicals following recommendations and label directions.
• Ensure safe job performance in compliance with environmental regulations and company guidelines.
• Maintain facilities, equipment, and vehicles to ensure proper functionality and appearance.
• Conduct mechanic work on assigned vehicles.
• Keep accurate applicator logs, reports, and product inventory records.
• Promote business with customers and ensure timely product deliveries.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to traffic laws and regulations.
• Provide assistance and training to seasonal employees.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Prior experience is a plus but not required.
