Job Description
We are looking for an Application Delivery Lead to join Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. in Schaumburg, IL. Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute delivery plans for IT implementations.
- Organize stakeholder reviews and facilitate cross-functional meetings.
- Collaborate across departments to align technology with business goals.
- Manage resources, budget, risks, and vendor relationships.
- Act as a liaison between Business and IT.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of IT experience OR equivalent.
- Experience in information technology operations and project management.
- MS Office proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical staff.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and practices.
- Knowledge of Commercial insurance industry processes, PMP or Agile certification.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
