Job Description
Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indiana is seeking Assembly Operators to join our production team. Shifts
- Shifts typically run Monday to Friday with the possibility of Saturday shifts and/or overtime.
- 1st Shift Hours: 6:30 am to 3:15 pm
- 2nd Shift Hours: 7:15 pm to 4:00 am
Responsibilities
- Perform physically demanding manufacturing duties such as standing, walking, lifting, and using various tools and machinery.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained by following standardized work documents.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to teamwork.
Requirements
- Safety first mindset and 18 years or older at the time of application.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Attention to detail, ability to learn machine operations, and follow standardized work.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
Benefits
- Pay Range: $22.15 - $34.80/hr
- Additional $1.50/hr Shift Premium and potential wage increase every 6 months.
