Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Beauty Advisor to join our team at Cella. As a Beauty Advisor focused on the Hair Color/Hair Care category, you will provide exceptional customer service and expert guidance to consumers and stylists through various communication channels.

Responsibilities

• Display a professional company image in all interactions.
• Meet quality standards across communication channels.
• Optimize service levels to maximize resources.
• Identify new ways to influence consumer purchase decisions.
• Offer flexibility to support business needs, including evenings and Saturdays.
• Compose custom responses addressing consumer issues clearly.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collect consumer insights and support consumer engagement.
• Educate consumers on product use and introduce new products.
• Build relationships with consumers and document interactions for insights.
• Resolve consumer issues fairly.
• Document product issues for improvement.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology License and 3-5 years of salon color experience required.
• Strong product knowledge and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and MS Word proficiency.
• Comfort with extended periods of call answering using a headset.
