Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance to individuals with disabilities.
• Support participants in achieving their developmental goals.
• Assist with personal hygiene and behavioral challenges.
• Facilitate community integration and social activities.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, teamwork, time-management.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
