Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily activities.
• Support participants in achieving developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.

• Provide compassionate care to individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
• Patient, reliable, and responsible behavioral traits.
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
