Job Description

We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team at Sevita as Caregivers for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, located in Marble Falls, TX. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in supporting the well-being and independence of the individuals we serve. This position is full-time, part-time, and PRN, requiring a valid driver's license and a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care.
• Develop meaningful relationships and support participants in community engagement.
• Implement strategies to help individuals achieve their developmental goals.
• Provide compassionate care and assistance to those with complex needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with insurance.
