Job Description

We are seeking Direct Support Professionals in Abrams, Gillett, Oconto Falls, and Oconto, WI to join our mission-driven team at Sevita. As a caregiver at Sevita, you'll have the opportunity to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges, and help them lead fulfilling lives. Responsibilities

• Help individuals grow, learn, and live well.
• Support people with developmental goals and personal hygiene.
• Assist individuals in participating in community activities and enjoying their favorite pastimes.
• Provide support to individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.

Requirements

• No High School Diploma required.
• No experience required.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required for day and evening shifts.
