Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance and support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Develop meaningful relationships with participants and assist them in achieving their developmental goals.
• Engage participants in community activities and promote their well-being.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with insurance.
