Job Description

Responsibilities
- Hygiene Care: Bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing and undressing, toileting activities.
- Nutrition: Meal preparation and administration according to clients' dietary requirements.
- Health Monitoring: Vital signs and measurements of height and weight.
- Mobility and Exercise: Range of motion exercises, walking assistance.
- Transportation: Assistance with doctor appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping, documentation of observations and reporting.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Previous caregiver experience preferred but not required.
- Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, BLS CPR card, and an up-to-date TB test.
- Physical capabilities: Standing, walking, squatting, bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting, pushing, pulling, lifting or transferring up to 50 pounds.
