Job Description
Wright Media is currently seeking a CDL A Tanker Driver to join our team. As a valued member of our transportation division, you will play a crucial role in safely transporting petroleum and petroleum products to and from various locations.
Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Transport and deliver hazardous materials in accordance with established safety procedures.
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any transportation issues.

Requirements
- CDL with tanker endorsement in state of residence.
- Hazmat endorsement may be required in some locations.
- Minimum six months verifiable experience driving a diesel-powered tractor-trailer combination unit.
- Stable work history and a minimum age of 21.
- Clean driving record with no DWI or DUI convictions in the last seven years.
- Ability to pass road and DOT physical exams, as well as a controlled substance test.
