Job Description

The Child Care Team Lead (CCTL) at VASA Fitness is responsible for building and developing a high-performing team to care for and safeguard the well-being of the children of members and guests during their visits to VASA. This role ensures that everyone who enters KidCare feels welcome, the safety of mini-members is ensured, and fun and entertaining programs are delivered. Additionally, the CCTL is responsible for maintaining a sparkling clean and well-maintained KidCare.

Responsibilities

• Support staffing and training for Child Care Attendants (CCA) team members.
• Uphold KidCare standards and ensure the safety of mini-members.
• Drive policy execution, manage operating costs, and ensure mini-members can participate in fun, entertaining programming.
• Ensure flawless playbook execution and manage operating costs without sacrificing the needs of mini-members.
• Ensure the safety of mini-members by following proper check-in and check-out procedures, performing hourly safety scans, and maintaining a sparkling clean KidCare.
• Build and develop a high-performing team, establish a culture, and drive team member development.
• Coach and support ongoing team member development, provide input and feedback to the General Manager in succession planning conversations.
