Job Description
The Construction Account Executive at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities generated through personal business development and marketing activities. Collaborating with owners and managers of properties damaged by disasters, the Account Executive develops cost estimates for restoration, renovation, and roofing services.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in construction/restoration industry
- Construction estimating and/or large loss/catastrophe experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Xactimate, and social media platforms
- Strong project management and communication skills
- OSHA 10/30, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
Travel
- Minimal travel required with some out-of-area opportunities
