Job Description
The Construction Account Executive at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities through personal business development and marketing activities. This role involves working closely with property owners and managers to develop cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry
- Extensive construction estimating experience
- Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with Xactimate and other estimating software preferred
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- OSHA 10 or 30, CPR and First Aid certifications preferred
