Construction Project Director

Job Description

The Construction Project Director at BluSky plays a pivotal role in managing and closing new business opportunities through personal business development efforts. Working with commercial, industrial, government, and residential property owners and managers affected by disasters, you will develop restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing service cost estimates.

Responsibilities

• Sales management and achievement of revenue targets
• Ensuring profit margins are met through effective budget management
• Overseeing and expediting revenue production in line with goals
• Managing accounts receivable and collections efficiently
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in construction or restoration field
• Proficient in Construction estimating and/or large loss and catastrophe experience
• Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills; Xactimate proficiency preferred
• Strong communication, project management, and financial acumen required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
