Job Description
The Construction Project Director at BluSky is accountable for securing and finalizing new business opportunities by leveraging personal business development and marketing efforts. This role involves collaborating closely with commercial, industrial, government, and residential property owners and managers affected by disasters to create cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing/business development and sales experience in construction or restoration industry
- Strong construction estimating experience
- Proficiency in Xactimate and other estimating software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Valid OSHA 10 or 30, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred
