Job Description
The Construction Project Director at BluSky is a pivotal role responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities generated through personal business development and marketing activities. Working closely with property owners and managers, this position involves developing cost estimates for a range of restoration and renovation services for properties affected by disasters.
Responsibilities
- Sales generation and execution of contracts
- Revenue oversight and ensuring timeliness of billing
- Monitor profit margins and project budgets
- Manage AR & Collections processes
- Develop and close near-term opportunities
- Engage in business development activities and client relationship management
- Proficiently estimate projects and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in restoration or construction industry
- Construction estimating and project management expertise
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills and business ethics
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
