Job Description
The Construction Project Director at BluSky plays a critical role in managing and closing new business opportunities related to restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services for commercial, industrial, government, and residential properties. This position involves working closely with property owners, managing sales, revenue, profit margins, AR & Collections, estimating, and ensuring customer satisfaction while collaborating with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales goals
- Negotiate and execute contracts
- Oversee revenue production
- Develop project budgets in compliance with target margins
- Ensure timely collections and manage accounts receivable
- Collaborate with clients, claims handling teams, and internal teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing/business development and sales experience in restoration or construction
- Construction estimating and/or large loss experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Xactimate
- Strong communication skills and project management knowledge
- Business ethics and integrity
- OSHA, CPR, and First Aid certifications desirable
