Job Description
The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities generated by personal business development and marketing activities. They work closely with property owners to develop cost estimates for restoration, renovation, and roofing services for properties damaged by disasters.
Responsibilities
- Sales goal achievement
- Negotiation and execution of contracts
- Revenue production oversight
- Profit margin development and monitoring
- Accounts receivable management
- Business development meetings
- Accurate estimating of projects
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Coordination with internal teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing/business development experience in construction or restoration industry
- Construction estimating and large loss experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of project management processes
- OSHA, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
