The Construction Project Director at BluSky plays a crucial role in managing and closing new business opportunities related to restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services for commercial, industrial, government, and residential properties damaged by disasters. They collaborate closely with property owners and managers to develop cost estimates and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and close new business opportunities through personal business development and marketing activities.
• Develop cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services.
• Oversee revenue production, profit margins, AR & Collections, and business development activities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and coordinate with internal project teams effectively.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience in the restoration or construction industry.
• Construction estimating and/or large loss and catastrophe experience.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience related to the role.
